RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Fokkit Tjom thank you for shopping with us, if you are not happy with your products. We are here to help

Fokkit Tjom wants all our customers to be happy with our products, However if you want to return an item please contacts us via email or WhatsApp with the reason for returning an item/items.

RETURNS

From receipt to return you will have 30 days. 

For us to accept your item/items for return, it must be unused/ new and in the same condition you received it. 

Original packaging is not necessary.

Please return the goods to our premises via The Courier Guy or registered post (if you can find a Post Office) with the reason for the return.

You are welcome to request a refund or an exchange, please note we can not refund the delivery fee.

REFUNDS

Fokkit Tjom will examine the returned item/items on arrival. If we received the item/items we will notify you via Email/WhatsApp in 1-2 working days.

A refund will be processed within the 10 working days of receiving the item/items.

If you are eligible for a refund we will refund the amount using the same method that was used when purchasing the item/items.

The money will be in your account in a certain amount of days, depending on your bank.

SHIPPING

Return Courier/postage cost will be your own cost and risk. While you have the Fokkit Tjom item/items you must take care of it. If you did not take care of it we have the right to refuse credits or refunds.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment will be made via our online store using Payfast or you have an option of Credit/Debit card

DELIVERY

Delivery is via The Courier Guy with a flat rate of R120. If you order a Fokkit Tjom item/items you will receive it within 2-5 working days.
